Mission Statement
My mission statement here at Bugout dates since January 1st, 2011. I (David) have been in the field working since 1986 giving me 34 years of experience with Florida bugs. I have implemented the founding principle of “serving my customers ” while striving to deliver each customer the results they expect. Thus also adding value, it is my determination to give exceptional service to all customers, just as if they were my “only” customer, while at the same time being knowledgeable and passionate about each and every problem that they may have. With this mindset in place, I know how being “honest, dependable and trustworthy" to all customers will bring about its own level of success as well as the company’s success. With every properly completed service I'll have another satisfied customer. I Guarantee it!

Little tips:
*Get rid of all wood around your home that is not serving a purpose. Remove all wood debris and do not store fire wood up against your home’s exterior.
*Clean gutters and eliminate piles of lumber and or debris where cockroaches can harbor.
*Cut tree branches or vines away from your home so ants don’t trail on them to reach your home.
*Do not allow pet food to sit out over night (food for cock roaches)
*All pests need water, repair any leaks or moisture issues in and around your home.
*Holes or cracks larger than one fourth of an inch in your home should be stuffed with steel wool and then sealed with caulk or foam.

*Whoever you have for your pest control, make sure the service includes work outside and inside every time.
*Be careful of pest control companies that only say we can do minimum standard treatment there is no such thing.
Cockroach tid bit info
Cockroaches can be hard to spot and the saying goes if you see one roach, there are likely hundreds more hidden away somewhere. Some of the signs of a cockroach infestation include:
· Droppings - cockroach droppings look a lot like coffee grounds and if there is a large infestation, these may appear on the ground near where they are hiding.
· Eggs - oval shaped, roaches sometimes lay their egg behind furniture or other objects around the house.
· Odors - cockroaches do not smell very nice. A full blown infestation is often accompanied by an unpleasant odor that resembles a mustiness or oil.
· Live - cockroaches on the floor or turn on lights to see them scampering away, there’s a good chance you’re dealing with a cockroach infestation.
The idea of a rodent infestation on your property might send shivers down your spine. Rats and mice can transmit diseases, cause damage to your home or business, and leave behind unsightly, unhygienic droppings.

I’d like to announce a new addition to our Bugout family, well not new to my family but new to our company’s family. My son David has joined us. I’m so excited to have added such a high quality young man to the team. David is a college graduate with 13 years experience in the retail industry. He was a manager with two of the largest retailers in our country. The lessons he has learned dealing with customers and solving problems in the work place will be invaluable to our Bugout customers. My son is all about hard work, completing any task to the best of his abilities and understanding Bugouts mission statement. He’s about family. His children are his life and he wants to help me build Bugout into a company that they will be proud of or to be a part of someday if they choose to. I can’t tell you how blessed we are

We're unique in that we DON'T do yearly contracts that lock you in. We prefer agreements. Meaning we agree to keep your home or business bug free and you agree to allow us to. It upsets me to think a company should hold you to a yearly cost if they didn't satisfy your needs or something in your life changes. Things happen in this world, so we DON'T do that. If for any reason your not 100% satisfied with our service you can cancel at no additional cost. So Don't Move Out, Call Bugout! We'll treat you with respect.

General Household pest control:
We believe a bi-monthly service best controls Florida pests but we can do Quarterly or Once a year services if you prefer.
Rodent Treatment:
Exclusion is the key! Let's find how there getting in. We trap in most cases but can also maintain bait boxes outside if needed.
Flea/Tick Treatment:
We love animals as well so lets get right on this one. A one shot treatment can usually do the trick so lets not wait. You'll need to help a little on this one but our loving animals are depending on us.
Fire Ant/Lawn Treatment:
Have you ever stepped on a mound in your yard? They don't play and neither will we.
German Roach Treatment:
These guys are special. It takes a couple treatments 15 days apart but we'll knock them out. Don't wait! These guys reproduce three times faster than any other roach.
One Shots:
If one of our maintenance programs aren't to your liking we can still help. We guarantee our One Time treatments for 30 days to rid what's been bugging you.

Had squirrels in the kitchen interior wall. Through diligence and hard work they were able to catch squirrels and a rat. Then they closed off access to the attic and solved the problem. David is our serviceman at Bugout Pest Control. We have been using him for pest control for several years. He sprays around the outside of our home and the inside every two months. At one point rats had gotten into our attic. It was complicated to treat because of the structure and entrances to our attic. He came back more than once when needed and treated the problem satisfactorily. At one time we also had an ant problem (following heavy rains). He also took care of that problem. David is prompt and can also be flexible when you need to change the date. He is trustworthy. He is also good with dogs, which you will appreciate if you have a dog.
We can't speak highly enough about him and his service.

I had a problem with German Cockroaches - I think they came in with new appliances that were delivered several months ago. David found them, baited them, and they disappeared! David was out twice - once for the initial treatment and two weeks later for a follow-up. After the initial treatment there were a few roaches and they dwindled down to nothing. The treatments were very effective. I highly recommend BugOut Pest Control. It is a small company with a caring attitude and great customer service.

Are your chemicals safe for my pets?
Yes it is, pets like dog and cats are also warm blooded just as we are. We don't want to treat around food and water dishes so we ask you to put them up but the animals themselves are fine. We also create a solution of chemicals that is based on killing cold blooded bugs that weigh practically nothing. So the solution comparison of weight and size is incomparable.
Birds, snakes and fish are cold blooded just like bugs so we take extra precautions to stay away from them and there food supplies.
We love animals as well so we never would put any of them in danger.
